Bleeker Street is a project in 
Aspen, Colorado developed by working closely with the Historic Preservation Association.

New challenges were presented trying to work in a modern remodel while maintaining the historic integrity of the 100 year old existing structure. Several council presentations were required by the building department and the design received great praise for its faithfulness to the original design while introducing innovative design elements.
